By registering a minor, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have the authority to provide any required consent and agrees to these Terms on behalf of the student.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising the student's use of the Platform and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

The account holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity conducted through the account.

11 Course Recordings

Certain live classes may be recorded for educational, revision and quality-control purposes.

By participating in a recorded class, students and parents/guardians acknowledge that audio, video, names, questions, comments or voluntarily shared information may appear in the recording.

Students should avoid sharing unnecessary private or sensitive information during live classes.

Recordings will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Singapore law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17 Suspension and Termination

SG Scholars may suspend or terminate an account where there is a breach of these Terms, fraud, unlawful distribution, reversed or unlawful payment, security risk, or where required by law.

Where an account is terminated due to serious breach, access to courses, recordings, materials and Platform features may be withdrawn without refund, subject to applicable law.
